For the past two years, Michaels Entertainment has proudly partnered with Ford Motor Company to create unforgettable experiences for their team members and families across Southeast Michigan. From large-scale outdoor festivals to upbeat pop-up celebrations inside the factories, we’ve helped Ford show appreciation in a way that’s loud, joyful, and deeply meaningful.
Family fun days: Turning the parking lot into a party
During the summer, Ford transforms the grounds outside its factories into full-blown event spaces for Family Fun Days—huge gatherings where employees and their families come together to relax, connect, and celebrate.
We provided DJ and MC services to help set the tone and carry the energy throughout the day. With music pumping and announcements guiding the flow, we helped bring life to these open-air festivals—welcoming thousands of guests for a day filled with laughter, celebration, and pride.
#WeAreFordDays: High-energy moments inside the factories
As part of Ford’s #WeAreFordDays initiative, we’ve had the unique privilege of bringing the party into the factories themselves. These mini-events happen right on the production floor or in break areas, delivering bursts of celebration and motivation during the workday.
Our team provides DJ services, interactive photo booths, and live MCs who share encouraging messages, pump up the crowd, and make every team member feel seen and appreciated. These moments are quick, powerful, and designed to turn a regular shift into a day worth remembering.
